AI & Content Policy
Last updated October 2025
1. Purpose and Scope
TAG-d. uses generative AI to transform user-submitted photos into customized sports graphics and digital posters.
This policy explains how we apply automated and human moderation to keep generated content appropriate, safe, and compliant with our community standards.
2. How TAG-d. Uses AI
-
TAG-d’s design engine combines proprietary and third-party AI models to analyze photos and generate sports graphics. Some processing and moderation tasks occur through secure API integrations with trusted AI service providers who are contractually required to handle data only for rendering or safety purposes. All transmissions are encrypted, and partner systems comply with industry security standards.
-
The system does not create deepfakes, facial composites of non-consenting individuals, or synthetic likenesses of celebrities.
3. Automated Content Safety and Filtering
To prevent harmful or inappropriate material:
-
Safety Models and Filters — TAG-d. employs content-safety classifiers capable of detecting nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, hate symbols, illegal activity, and other restricted categories.
-
Text and Language Screening — Optical-character-recognition (OCR) and profanity filters remove offensive or discriminatory language embedded in graphics.
-
Confidence Thresholds — High-risk content is automatically blocked; borderline cases are queued for human review.
-
Continuous Improvement — Filters and thresholds are updated periodically to enhance accuracy and reduce bias.
4. Human Review and Escalation
-
Moderators review items flagged by automated systems or user reports.
-
Confirmed policy violations are removed, and repeat or egregious offenders may have accounts restricted or terminated.
-
Moderation actions are logged (time, reviewer, decision) for up to 90 days, then securely deleted or anonymized.
5. User Responsibilities
By using TAG-d, you agree not to upload, generate, or share material that:
-
Depicts nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive imagery
-
Promotes hate, harassment, or discrimination
-
Displays graphic violence, self-harm, or weapons
-
Contains illegal, defamatory, or misleading content
-
Violates another person’s privacy, likeness, or intellectual-property rights
Violation of these rules may result in content removal or account suspension.
6. Reporting and Appeals
If you encounter content that appears to violate these standards:
-
Tap Report Image within TAG-d or email support@tag-d.com
-
Provide a brief explanation of the issue.
-
Our moderation team will review and respond, typically within 24–48 hours.
-
If you believe a moderation decision was incorrect, you may request a review via the same email address.
7. Transparency and Model Information
TAG-d. uses a combination of proprietary and third-party AI models that include integrated content-safety checks.
We do not publicly list specific model names or versions to protect intellectual property and security, but all models are evaluated for ethical use and alignment with our moderation framework.
We periodically publish updates describing our safety improvements and filtering methods at this page.
8. Data Handling and Retention
-
Uploaded images and generated graphics are stored only as long as necessary to provide the requested service or comply with legal obligations.
-
Moderation logs (including model scores and reviewer outcomes) are retained for up to 90 days.
-
All personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this AI & Content Policy to reflect new technology or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page. Your continued use of TAG-d. after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
