Delete Account

If you would like to permanently delete your TAG-d account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

  1. In the TAG-d app:

    • Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account

    • Confirm the deletion request.

  3. Or by email:

  4. Send a request to privacy@tag-d.com using the subject line “Delete My TAG-d Account.”

  5. Please include the email address associated with your account.

Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and related data within 30 days, except where data must be retained to comply with legal or billing obligations.
